The staff at this location was incredibly nice and helped us work through technology issues getting on the WiFi. They were super excited to have Allstate at their location. Easy, free parking in the deck and clean facilities including free coffee. They also have snacks available for purchase and were happy to accommodate our lunch delivery.

First, let me say thanks to Angie and her team for not giving up and working through my technology issues at the space. I am rating the overall experience as GOOD, but could have been better if not for the technology issues that caused me to miss a meeting. The facility was great with free parking and basic amenities, but what appears to be limited WiFi. More Wireless Access Points may help resolve the poor internet connection for my laptop and cell phone use. Overall, I feel I would visit again.

This was my first time using a co-work space. We needed an offsite location for leadership training, and Serendipity Labs was perfect. Staff was super helpful, and they even moved us to a more appropriate room for our group (no additional charges). Catering was a breeze to set up, arrived on time, and really tasty too.
