I am incredibly biased because I love the Avalon so take this review with a grain of salt but, THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. Friendly staff, lots of room/space to find your desired workspace and it's very quiet in general even with others talking it's a big enough space that it kind of filters out. I'd also add that there are lots of professionals and established companies in this workspace giving you the ability to meet other like-minded individuals and network too. 10/10 check this place out and grab lunch on Avalon Blvd - you will love this area!
