The health and safety of our members and staff continues to be our top priority. Our team, including those who manage the day-to-day operations of our location in Winter Park, are supporting members by monitoring for symptoms, wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and reacting with appriate action to all testing results. CDC GUIDELINES If you think you might be infected, the CDC recommends you call ahead to a healthcare professional (rather than show up in person). Your healthcare professional will work with your state’s public health department and CDC to determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19. To our members and others using our space: please let your Community Manager know of any known cases or points of contact that you or your guests in the space have with COVID-19, so that we can work, in anonymity, to ensure proper communications and response plans. RESPONSE Our team has worked on a response plan and we are prepared to address potential scenarios. While our response is determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account where the individual was (whether within our space or not), when they were last in the building, the status of COVID-19 testing, and, most importantly, guidance from public health officials and our landlord partner, plans include either a deep-cleaning or medical-grade cleaning of our spaces, in addition to potential long-term closures or restriction on member access.
