There were no arrival instructions and the location is very hard to find b/c Google Maps takes you to the wrong location. Also, the suite has a medical sign so you have no indication that you are in the right place. When I arrived the door was locked and no one at the desk. In addition, to get a coffee or use the restroom it will take you 15+ mins due to the distance to these items that are in the common space within a "mall type" facility. In addition, when I called the host several time it went to a full voicemail and when I finally got there the wifi password was spelled incorrectly.
