110 Sq Ft private executive office with a block window. This office is set up for 2 people, currently outfitted with 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 filing cabinets, and a bookshelf. You may bring in outside furniture and decor. Door has a digital keypad with personal pin to lock and unlock office. The 2nd floor is equipped with a kitchenette with Keurig machine and coffee bar, filtered water in fridge, unlimited fruit and snacks, dishwasher, microwave, and full size fridge. 4th floor has an espresso machine and fruit-infused water. 3rd floor has a filtered water machine with still and sparkling water on tap. Membership comes with 24/7 access to the building, unlimited conference room use, and use of business address and mail services. Take advantage of monthly membership events including member breakfast and happy hour and internal networking via our Member Slack Channel. Includes: 400 pages of B&W and 250 pages of Color per month. Printing overage charges: $0.03/page of B&W, $0.09/page Color Parking not included.

Our cozy Caye Conference Room is located on the 2nd floor. This room is best for small groups or brainstorming sessions. Our comfortable, cozy and well-lit Room of Requirements is located on our 3rd floor, and is designed for your most important strategy, planning or brainstorming session. A beautiful lending library is a great backdrops for photos, recordings, or video conferences.
