The 90 Fort Wade facility is a new addition to Intelligent Office of Jacksonville. Our group has contracted with the Landlord and is overseeing the 90-day launch of this facility projected for January 1, 2022. The facility is an open canvas for the right party to join as our first customer. We are working through new paint, carpet and wiring in Q4. As a member at Intelligent Office, the tenant will have access to two professional conference rooms with TV’s white boards and great workspace. Our Intelligent Assistants will provide administrative support to the tenant. This will include greeting your customers, receiving mail and storing packages at the facility. The team will also book conference rooms for you and support your on-site meetings.
