Symphony Presentation Center
This is a purpose-built 24 person training room designed for all day comfort with full whiteboard walls, short throw LCD projector (for no shadow), ergonomic seating, built in catering station, full WiFi or Cat6 wiring, multi-zone lighting, and power distribution to each table. All bookings include lobby announcement signs for your meeting and free parking for all participants. Optional catering services are available.
WiFi
Room Set-up ($)
Standard room setup is in classroom style with tables seating up to 24 for a front presenter. An optional configuration is U-Shape which seats up to 20 where discussion between participants is the main use. U-shape has a one time $150 setup charge.
Notary Services
Print/Scan/Copy ($)
Our on-site Meeting Concierge will be happy to assist with any print/scan or copy requirements. Charges may be billed to a credit card on the premises.
Filming Allowed
We do not restrict filming within the booked room.
Projector
A short throw ceiling mounted projector is included in the room fee. The unique design allows a presenter to stand in front of the projector and write on the projection surface without a shadow.
Whiteboard
This room has a full height front wall of metal backed whiteboards all included.

The premises are full accessible.

Coffee/Tea
Starbucks coffees and specialty teas are available self service in our Lounge for full day visitors at all times. Beverages can also be served in any meeting room as part of our catering services.

Triple filtered water is available on the premises at all times in our Bistro.

It’s been called the “ideal” private workstation. Everything needed for a functional and cost efficient office is here. The Solo has a full height glass front wall with insulated side walls and a glass clerestory. The hallway has an unobstructed window line making for natural light throughout the space.
The furnishings are custom fit to maximize the work surface for each user and still provide lots of circulation space. All Solos include a glass sliding door locking storage; overhead storage; ergonomic seating, quad outlets.
All clients have access to the many center amenities. They include WiFi throughout the premises; premium Starbucks beverage services; use of our spacious Client Lounge and more.
