BIZCENTER USA offers 23 state of the art private executive suites starting at $490/month for 1, 2, and 3 professionals, with 24/7 keyless computer-coded access, with no hot desks or shared desks. The suites have lockable door, internal phone and are fully furnished with upscale contemporary furniture, including a 60x30 desk with non-bent lockable steel deep drawers, hanging file drawer, desk lamp, wall cabinet and ergonomic chair. The suites have dual internet connection – one with ultrafast 1 Gb – for the best wired and wireless experience.
Executive suite members are welcomed to use the comfortable lounge and our complete kitchen, equipped with two coffee makers, hot/cold filtered water, industrial microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Coffee, cappuccino, mochaccino, coffee mocha, ice tea, latte, hot chocolate, tea and water are freely available all-day long. Our business center offer services such as notary, print, copy, scan, velo bind, lamination, fax and mail.
Our 4,400 sq. ft. fully owned facility is strategically located at 6000 Metrowest Blvd, Suite 200, in a modern 2-story building, at just 0.3 miles to Kirkman Road. The building has a big exterior signage of BIZCENTER USA on its right side. It has an impressive large marble foyer, an ample, complimentary parking lot, and is close to the Millenia Mall, Universal Studios and the Orlando Convention Center. Kirkman is being widened and expanded to become a major north-south corridor with direct access to the future new entrance to the convention center.
In addition to the executive suites we have two conference rooms with advanced 65" 4K HDR TVs with built-in Chromecast and Apple AirPlay, and two top of the line dry erase boards. A large reception, with a business center including notary services, lounge and kitchen complete this premium executive workspace. The conference rooms are available for daily or hourly rentals as well as the private executive suites.
