Our dedicated desk provides you with an assigned personal workspace in a shared environment. Each desk includes a large sit–stand desk with dual monitors, a comfortable workstation setup, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy 24/7 access and full use of all common areas. Ideal for professionals who need a consistent, reliable space to focus while still being part of a collaborative workplace. What to bring: 2 HDMI Cables, a splitter, computer, mouse, and keyboard.
Large Conference Room
Our conference room accommodates 20–50 guests and is well suited for meetings, presentations, and corporate events. The space includes a video wall, flexible seating configurations, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A side kitchen is available for food and beverages, and the room is conveniently located on the first floor for easy access. A one-time cleaning fee of $150 applies. After hour bookings have an additional charge of $50/hour. Microphones, extension cords, and presentation clickers are not provided.
Medium Conference Room
Our medium conference room comfortably seats up to 16 people, making it perfect for seminars, small workshops, and team meetings. The room is equipped with a high-definition display, audio system, and high-speed Wi-Fi to support seamless presentations. After hours has an additional charge of $50/hour. Microphones, extension cords, and presentation clickers are not provided.
Podcast Room
Our podcast room is a dedicated space designed for creators, featuring soundproof walls, high-quality recording equipment, and comfortable seating. With a professional atmosphere and advanced technology, it’s the perfect environment for recording podcasts, interviews, or audio content. What's included: Microphones, lighting, and podcast equipment. Please bring extension cords, camera, tripod, and micro SD card if needed.
Small Conference Room
Our small conference room is perfect for intimate meetings, brainstorming sessions, or client consultations. Located on the 1st floor, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, featuring a modern table setup, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a presentation screen for seamless connectivity. After hours has an additional charge of $50/hour. Extension cords and presentation clickers are not provided.
