For the convenience of the attendees, there is a mini refrigerator located in the room, which offers beverages and snacks throughout the day. A locked filing credenza is located nearby, offering a secure place to store important documents and materials. On one wall of the room, there is a large whiteboard that can be used for brainstorming sessions or presentations. Some rooms are equipped with TV's that can stream from your computer, making it easy to share information and collaborate on projects. To ensure privacy during meetings, some rooms have automatic shades that can be lowered with the touch of a button. This feature provides a comfortable and distraction-free environment that allows attendees to stay focused and meet their goals. Access to a shared kitchen is included with the rental of the room, where you'll find a selection of coffee, tea, and filtered water to keep you hydrated and energized. Vending machines are also available in the common areas, offering a variety of snacks and drinks. Proper Ventilation and Spacing: Office Logic ensures coworking spaces are well-ventilated, integrate enhanced air filters, and are large enough to accommodate social distancing. Physical barriers may be a solution where social distancing is not feasible and are installed between all coworking desk spaces. Coworking space limits the number of people allowed in a room at any given time in accordance with state and local regulations.

Cleaning and Disinfecting policies: Sanitation sweeps of frequently used areas are a priority at Office Logic. Common spaces are cleaned and disinfected in between desk shifts and room appointments. Touchless and automatic features are installed throughout the building including bathroom fixtures, hands-free soap dispensers, motion sensor lights, and ID badge access or other touchless options for door entry.

Sanitation Stations: Coworking spaces including the cafeteria provide cleaning and sanitization materials readily available to all members. The stations include ample supplies of hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes. As a precaution, temperature checks and signage encouraging members to go home if they are showing signs of fever are our best practice. In addition, signs throughout the workplace may encourage members to sanitize before and after using door handles, workstations, and other items (like commonly used machines, such as printers). Coworking spaces ensure these workplaces comply with local and state requirements for posting specific notices, including relating to location, visibility, and similar requirements.

Contact Tracing: Contact tracing protocol in place is another approach to fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and efficiently responding to confirmed positive COVID-19 cases. Questionnaires collected from members provide their contact information, such as name, address, and phone numbers, and are securely stored.
