Our center, located at the Chase Building (150 SE 2nd Av, 3rd floor), one of Miami’s marquee historical architecture sites, feature 35 private suites at a wide range of prices, FIBER Optics Internet, VoIP phones, refined furnishing, a beautiful lounge and kitchen, two conference rooms, and attention to detail throughout it.

We have taken the principles of physical distancing and adapted them for the workplace. This includes how people move around our business centers, with clear information, signage, and protocols in place to ensure minimal person to person contact.

To make sure that our customers can continue to use our meeting rooms in accordance with health and safety guidelines, we have established a meeting room safety protocol to limit the maximum capacity per space to ensure the physical distancing.
