This space is at the front of the building and was noisy off and on because of building tours and the front door buzzing consistently with guests. We started with the glass door closed to damper some of the front lobby noise but had to occasionally open the door as the room air would get stagnant. There is an automatic room deodorizer in the lobby that would waft into the room with the door open. The stagnant air issue could be solved with a portable fan. The workspace was nice with comfortable chairs and a table. The desk is too narrow for laptop workspace for 4 people but is good for 2. We did not use the AV equipment. It was nice to have a window. All in all, it had it's pros and cons.

I have used this space before, and since my last day pass, this location has changed a lot. There appear to be permanent offices, with limited availability for day passes. The kitchen area was not as clean as before, and the overall temperature in the space was frigid. If I rent again, I will bring a little heater with me.
