Here in Axis Space, the health and safety of our members is our first priority. We are monitoring COVID-19 (the coronavirus) carefully and want let you know of what procedures we are taking to make sure Axis is as clean and safe as possible ! 

 

• Our cleaning crew has extended their cleaning hours from 9 am to 6pm during the day to ensure cleanliness during business hours as well as the night crew.

 

-Every day our cleaning crew will Sanitize all common areas like our co working area, conference rooms,lobby, kitchen, coffee stations and hallways of all floors.The product we are using is Oxivir Tb.It is highly affective and is being used by Hospitals, Airports and many other public areas with high density of people to combat the virus.This sanitizing solution comes in a form of a fog.

 

-With the same product (Oxivir Tb) the cleaning crew sanitizes places that might have been left out from the fumigation. Door handles, countertops, buttons, chairs etc, are thoroughly cleaned up to 4 to 6 times a day .

 

 

-Private Offices have continued to be cleaned weekly with special sanitizing products like Oxivir Tb. Focusing in the areas touched more frequently like tabletops and chairs.

 

-Conference rooms are Sanitized and cleaned after each group of people leave to ensure no contamination. We have also labeled and arranged furniture to make sure everyone maintains social distancing.
