NewU is a nonprofit offering Bachelor's degree programs on campus in Washington, DC. Because our classes are only Monday through Thursday and only from 10 am - 3 pm, we have available capacity outside of those days and hours. Location is 2 blocks from Dupont Circle, and the space comes with 3 conference rooms (classrooms) with capacity of 12, 16, and 20 seats, plus 2 fully furnished private offices, and a kitchen pantry with coffee, tea, a sink, fridge, and microwave. The building has shared amenities: a 1-acre courtyard with a fountain, rooftop, and a Vietnamese cafe on site. Attached public parking garage and street parking not included but available.
