Nonprofit, alumni associations and student organizations can book our Community Room for meeting space during regular business hours. Stop by to visit or reserve a workspace today. Please no pets are allowed in the meeting rooms.
No outside food is allowed. The cafe does serve local pastries like scones, cupcakes, muffins and breakfast sandwiches,
If you do not check-in within 30 minutes of your reservation, Capital One reserves the right to remove your reservation.

Capital One has a fundamental belief that the non-profit community is a valuable part of our society and we aim to allow as many non-profits as possible to use our free space; however, Capital One reserves the right to decline organizations. The accommodations exceeded my expectation. The cafe is beautiful and the conference room was comfy. There were food and beverage options for my entire team. There were some hiccups with tech but the team quickly addressed them. Also the room was not controlled by central air and had two pieces of equipment circulating air. It was a little warm at first but got comfortable later. Also, the “board” was oily most likely because the previous guest. A traditional whiteboard would be much more efficient.

The entire Capital One team at this location are AMAZING! They greeted our team warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The overall space has lots of options for solo or event activities and our meeting room was bright and comfortable.

Incredibly clean and large space. Checking in with an ambassador was a breeze and they also checked in on us halfway through to make sure everything was alright. The space gives you a nice coffee shop feel but secluded so you can hear each other or concentrate in silence. A great place to study or hold a meeting! Will be back again.
