Our interior offices vary in size so it is best to come see for yourself what works for you. Even though they are on the interior they still have plenty of light because of the floor to ceiling glass windows that are partially frosted. They provide privacy but still allow for ample light to come in. It can be rented month to month, six months or one year. Fully furnished with desk, executive chair, guest chair, phone. Dedicated offices have their own ethernet connection not just WIFI. Members receive a monthly credit towards conference room or day office usage as well as a monthly credit towards copy/print usage. One hour of professional live phone answering service are included each month as well. Everything you need to sit down and be productive.
Exterior Offices
Our exterior windowed offices vary in size so it is best to come see for yourself what works for you. They are light and bright with a window view and can be rented month to month, six months to one year. Fully furnished with desk, executive chair, guest chair, phone. Dedicated offices have their own ethernet connection not just WIFI. Members receive a monthly credit towards conference room or day office usage as well as a monthly credit towards copy/print usage. Compo Conference Room
Brand new, light and bright Compo Conference room can be rented by the hour or the day. Can accommodate 8+ people comfortably. Includes 55" LG TV Monitor, WIFI or HDMI connectivity, Clarus glass white board, Polycom speaker phone. Clean and contemporary furniture.
Saugatuck Conference Room
Brand new, light and bright Saugatuck Conference room can be rented by the hour or the day. Can accommodate 12+ people comfortably. Includes 55" LG TV Monitor, WIFI or HDMI connectivity, Clarus glass white board, Polycom speaker phone. Clean and contemporary furniture.

Office Evolution understands that it is very concerning when each day brings a new development regarding COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus.  Please understand that the decisions made by Office Evolution, are being made with the express interest of keeping our members and guests as safe as possible. 

We are currently advising everyone to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, cover their mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing (then wash your hands), and keep a good distance between themselves and others. 

We are asking for everyone to answer the following questions prior to entering our business centers:  If they or any of their clients answer YES to any of the following questions, we ask that they please host their meetings virtually and not enter the Business Centers:

Cleaning: Please note that we are doing everything we can to keep our facilities clean.  We are committed to regularly wiping down “high-touch” areas such as door handles, copier screens, iPad screens, elevator buttons, common areas, and conference room phones with disinfectant wipes. 

Conference Rooms: We are more closely monitoring and, in some cases, restricting access for visitors at our locations. As of now, we are still allowing conference room meetings at your discretion.

Kitchen:  For the time being, we have switched all the coffee mugs, glasses and silverware over to disposable cups and utensils.

The Greetly App: As a resource to our members and their guests, our Greetly App, located on the iPad at our receptions desk is available for their use.  The Greetly app can be used to announce a guest’s arrival via text or email.  Guests will only need to remember a name and company to contact our members.

Should our staff be quarantined, Members of Office Evolution can access our Business Centers with the use of our key fob system at their discretion.
