I messaged the host by email a week in advance asking about parking and never got a response. On the day of the rental, I didn’t have the wifi information or password until halfway through the rental thankfully because the very nice temp lady at the front desk went crazy trying to get it for me. The number to the host just went to the main line of the business center the office was located at. I left a message and never got any contact back. Very stressful and was very underwhelmed by this experience since wifi is one of two main things other than uninterrupted space .you really need in situation like this. Non-communicative host. But I will commend the very nice front desk lady who saved the day like a hero at the very last minute that I needed it and even got the coffee for me that the listing said was on site.
