Just off Exit 21, on I-91 this is a convenient location with plenty of FREE parking space and friendly staff. We are located just off on the line of Cromwell and Middletown, at I-91 - Exit 21
Suite 226 - CenterPlace East
Large individual office with lots of natural light from wall of windows. Features large partially frosted window into hallway. Includes free parking, furniture, Wi-Fi, 500 MBPS, utilities, janitorial service and use of kitchen/coffee bar. Access to meeting rooms and printer/copier available.
Suite 228 - CenterPlace East

Suite 231 is a private office suite at CenterPlace. Currently furnished and equipped to accommodate 4 individuals. Amenities include parking, furniture to suit, utilities, janitorial service, wi-fi, use of kitchen/ coffee station. Printing options, meeting rooms and administrative assistance are extra.
Boardroom East - Suite 212
The Boardroom East has all Multi Media facilities and can seat 12. Wall to wall white boards and conference facilities featuring large monitor and a Meeting Owl Pro for Smart Video Conferencing - available upon request. Breakout room space as needed. Surface area for catering, coffee and water available in nearby kitchen cafe'.
Meeting Room East Ste. 218
Meeting Room, table and 6 chairs, Includes free parking, 65" monitor, HDMI cable, Wi-Fi 500 MBPS and use of nearby kitchen/coffee bar - order in food allowed. Admin assistance available for catering.
Great Room - Suite 245
Our seminar room is set in classroom style and is perfect for lectures, training and more. Free wi-fi, Parking coffee & bottled water is available for training room reservations. Break out rooms are available for an additional fee. Onsite management is set to help you with your event or training. Minimum reservation 2 hours. Room Resetting fee applies if room is rearranged and not returned to original layout.

The Boardroom -Suite 227
The Boardroom has all Multi Media facilities and can seat 16 persons, with wall to wall white boards and conference facilities. Conference table can be set as two tables or one. Breakout room complementary. Coffee and water available in nearby kitchen cafe.

Conference Room with wi-fi and 55k monitor - HDMI in table along with white board. and nearby kitchen cafe.

1. Masks - to be worn at all times within the 101 & the 515 Centerpoint Drive buildings' common areas.  

2. Meetings - no more than 5 at a time - All individual desks set at 6ft distance 

3. Cafe' Kitchen - off limits to meeting guests at this time - guests may order in or bring food for consumption within meeting room. 

4. Rates - $29.00/hour for 5 & $39.00/hour for 5 using our Zoom technology. 

5. Bathrooms - no more than 2 at a time if possible 

6. Stairs - no more than 2 on the staircase if going in the same direction, 1 at a time if going in opposite directions maintaining 6 ft. 

7. Elevator - 1 at a time, please stand back 6 ft from elevator while waiting for its arrival 

8. Safe 6 - Please maintain 6 ft. distance when passing others in common areas when possible
