Expansive’s DTC location takes up the penthouse floor of the 6-story Crescent clock tower building, a LEED-certified building completed in 1998. Surrounded by a stunning parklike setting on the north end of Denver Tech Center, clients enjoy access to an onsite fitness center, large lobby, indoor bike storage, a mother’s room, and plenty of parking, including covered, on a newly resurfaced lot. Nearby amenities include the Goldsmith Gulch trail, a Hyatt Place hotel and a nice range of restaurants within a mile.
