We have several areas within our space reserved for co-working, including our main lounge and cafe area - like being in your favorite coffee shop but quieter. We also have a small lounge, cozy booths, high top tables and bar area. You are sure to find a comfortable spot where you can get comfortable and knock out your to-do list.

This well-appointed board room captures the heart and history of Denver's Five Points neighborhood with its colorful, hand-painted mural depicting the jazz era that attracted this room's namesake to the area in 20's and 30's. The room pays homage to the history, but its technology is state of the art, boasting high-speed fiber internet connectivity and a smartTV with Airplay for iOS devices and HDMI for PC.

Need a change of scenery? This cozy, well-furnished office offers the privacy needed for a highly productive day in a space designed for both work and play. Throughout the day, you'll have access to complimentary coffee, tea and soft drinks, as well as cold brew and kombucha on tap. Mid-day, take a break and visit one of the many great lunch spots within walking distance, or sneak in some self-care with a lunchtime sesh at River Yoga on 1st floor. And when its yabba-dabba-do time, call up a few friends and have them meet you for happy hour at The Welton Room. We have everything you need for a well-balanced day.

This room, outfitted with retractable walls, has the flexibility to be a full-size training room, able to seat up to 30, or it can be broken down into 2-3 smaller rooms with seating for 10-20. When the full space is open, there are 2 smartTV monitors with Apple Airplay capability, as well as HDMI equipped. It can be configured multiple ways, including large board room, U-shape, classroom or auditorium seating. This room also has its own separate entrance, away from our main co-working space, making it private and easy for guests to find. This space works well for companies looking for off-site space to host leadership meetings, team trainings, or sales kick-offs. This is also ideal when off-site space is needed for due diligence or other sensitive projects or meetings.

The podcast room is the latest edition to Venture X Five Points. With the latest equipment, sound dampening and four microphones, you can record alone or with with friends. Whether you're an influencer looking for a new venue or just getting started in the wide world of podcasting, this is a centrally located spot that makes the process easy. Just show up with your podcast app of choice, everything else you need is already here.

Our lounge is what would happen if a high-end hotel lobby and a cozy jazz club had a baby. This beautifully designed and appointed space boasts designer finishes, deep leather couches, velvet jewel-toned armchairs and a large bar with seating. This space is ideal for intimate events of 50 or less, from corporate gatherings to wedding receptions. Full length windows overlook the heart of the Five Points neighborhood, a large screen smartTV equipped to stream programming or slide presentations, and an ice machine and dual beverage refrigerators behind the bar make this an easy set up for catering and entertaining.
