The location is phenomenal when the price, newer construction and location are all taken in to consideration. Literally, less than 1/2 the price of other office space to rent at either another commercial building or hotel. Hopefully, this space will be available in the future!!

The room was fine. It had services we didn’t use and the host was accommodating. However, the overall facility with the variety of tenants took away a bit from the professional appearance that the pictures provided and didn’t give the impression I would have preferred to our clients. The room continued to be quite hot throughout the visit and the chairs could use a little cleaning.
