We used a conference room for two days and then I stayed an extra day and worked in the coworking space. It’s one of the quietest coworking spaces I’ve ever worked in - a huge boon. There were definitely people working, but the noise level never went up much. There’s free coffee in the office, and lots of great lunch places around. The only gripe I have is that the WiFi is hotel-quality, which is to say spotty and unreliable. But maybe nbd if you’re not doing videoconferencing like I was.

The space was nice I would give it 4 stars; but it was hard to find the entrance to the building because of construction; the receptionist knew very little about our reservation, the wifi password and the general meeting space.

Constance did an amazing job and was extremely helpful. We will be booking this space again soon!

1) The office didn't have my reservation when I showed up. The temporary receptionist apparently hadn't read the email concerning my reservation. Thank goodness I was early, because it took several minutes to sort out, even after I showed the email confirmation of my reservation on my phone. 2) The receptionist told me the wrong office number (this wasn't a huge deal, but was part of a lack of overall organization). 3) When I returned to the receptionist's desk to ask her to be sure to give my clients the right office number, she was on an internal call talking about my reservation (i.e. not a customer call), and ignored me for a solid minute before I gave up and just left the door open so I could see my clients. 4) For some reason, the (very small and dark) office had a second table in it that prevented the door from opening fully. 5) The door also didn't shut properly, so I had to use a deadbolt to get it to stay closed. 6) The whole office space was stuffy, cramped, and dark. They are cramming way too many office cubbies in this space. 7) There was loud construction going on just below us, which interrupted our conversations.
For context, I have used YourOffice (also downtown) previously, and found it to be bright, clean, professional, spacious, and 1/3 as expensive--should have booked there (and would have if they had any reservations open for my short-notice meeting).
