Great space with a coffee bar on the main level! The reason this review is not 5 stars is transparency around where to park and how to access the building was lacking. It would improve the experience if the site manager reached out a couple days prior with instructions on where to park and how to access the building. I was traveling from a different city to this location and was not familiar at all. I had to reach out the day before for these details and found out parking is not included (so be prepared to pay for that on your own!) Also the instructions I received were very confusing. The response I received said that parking was on 18th street which is two blocks away when in all actuality parking is attached to the building (accessed from the rear of the building).
