The Capital One Community Room
This private room has a 56” TV Screen that can be utilized for presentations. Room is equipped with HDMI Cables, iPad and MacBook Air Converters, and Audio Panel. No Video Conference capability.
**Please note that these free conference rooms are available to registered nonprofit organizations. Capital One has a fundamental belief that the non-profit community is a valuable part of our society and we aim to allow as many non-profits as possible to use our free space; however, Capital One reserves the right to decline organizations. Religious and political groups are not permitted to use the community space.
In addition, each reservation will be limited to a total of two hours maximum per day. More than two hours will require an exception.**

Nonprofit, alumni associations and student organizations can book our Private Community Room for meeting space during regular business hours. We request it be for at least 2 or more. Great meeting space, only suggestion if possible, can there be a sliding door for the community room? We used it for a team meeting, but think it would be helpful for privacy.

As a nonprofit on a tight budget, we are always looking for free/affordable space. This location was perfect! The environment was great. The service was fantastic. One thing we didn't expect was that the doors to the space couldn't be closed; I suggest the organizers put that on the description for future clients just in case someone needed a quiet private space.
I would highly recommend this space to anyone!!!

The staff were so helpful! They set up pens and notebooks for everyone. They even gave us free coffee coupons. It was very easy for me to connect my computer to the TV so that everyone could see the document we were working on. It was a great experience and I will definitely use the space again!
