This is a move-in ready office whether it’s just you or a team of three, four, five or more. This membership includes 24/7 access, free parking, 8 conference room hours per month, guest reception and concierge services, a personal mailbox and business address, 100 printing credits per month, access to all member events, and of course free coffee, tea and healthy snacks.
Pergola Patio
A private desk that belongs to you. If you don't need a private office, but want your own space to come back to day after day, this is for you. Come work in our beautiful pergola patio today!
Single Person Office
This is one of our move-in ready office whether it’s just you or a team of three, four, five or more. This membership includes 24/7 access, free parking, 8 conference room hours per month, guest reception and concierge services, a personal mailbox and business address, 100 printing credits per month, access to all member events, and of course free coffee, tea and healthy snacks. Prices are dependent on size and number of people.
The Fishing Pond
Great meeting room for 6-8 people with a full wall of windows - east facing. This room has a large TV/monitor with an HDMI hookup or use bluetooth for a wireless connection.
The Jungle Boardroom
If you and your team need room to spread out and hold your corporate meetings and you don’t want to drive downtown, our boardroom is the perfect fit right in Centennial, Colorado! This beautiful room seats 14 and has all AV you need for a successful meeting.
The Attic Training Room
If you are needing a large training room we have two. The Attic and the Campground rooms both seat 45+ and have training tables that can be configured in a large U shape, training pods or classroom style. These large rooms can also be divided into 20-25 person rooms making 4 separate rooms. These rooms have large white board walls and full AV.

The Nest Meeting Room
More than a huddle room but less than a boardroom this room is perfect for team meetings or a meeting with a client. This room seats 6-7 people. AV and large whiteboard wall.
The Post Office
Large window space with east facing sun, a large TV on the wall for AV and seating for 4-5 people.

The Boardroom was perfect for our meeting. Everything was as outline in the description and the staff was extremely accomodating. I would recommend using this space.

To all of our Villagers,

Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!  

Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies. 


Cleaning:

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes. 

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

 

Hygiene:

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)

 

Kitchen:

We will be limiting shared kitchen services including coffee, refreshment and snack service as well as limiting the use of reusable utensils and drinkware during this time. Single use items may still be served as available in the kitchen but we apologize for any inconvenience this limited service may have. 

 

If You Are Sick:

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days. 

 

If You Have Traveled:

For our employees, members and guests. If you have recently traveled to high-risk areas (China, Italy and other areas as updated by the CDC), they are being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, even if they show no symptoms, to monitor for any symptoms of illness. This may be extended to those who have traveled to other areas where COVID-19 is spreading. 

If you have recently traveled internationally or may have been exposed to people traveling from affected areas, please monitor yourself. 

If you are showing any symptoms of illness we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick.
