Their duties includes telephone answering, welcoming patients, basic patient appointment scheduling, and receiving in person payments for same day visits, should you prefer their support. Also included: janitorial and cleaning services, laundry/linen services, HVAC (heating and air conditioning), DSL (high speed internet) and Wi-Fi, scheduling and payment processing software services by Mindbody, creating a profile page with your practice bio and image to be added to our office website managed by media/tech firm PatientPop, including SEO and social media, telephone/fax, copier/scanner, electricity, filtered water, general office supplies, general office maintenance, one key to the suite of the center, sharps containers for basic use with disposal services, and much more. Rent: $125 per day (for use of 1 of our 3 smaller sized treatment rooms @ approx. 71+ sq ft or approx. 7'0" x 10'2"), (6 larger rooms available on separate listings) 2 days per week minimum (for one treatment room, shared use of private practitioner's work lounge, storage space(s), and use of reception/waiting room), with option to increase number of days per week given availability. We are seeking a practitioner with at least a few years of experience, and a moderately to fully established practice already, but we are willing to work with newer practitioners that have a networking and marketing plan to build their practices. Door w/Lock

There is a lock to the suite and exam rooms have individual locks. Key to exam room will be provided if booked for entire week. The building is locked after certain hours and weekends, but can still be accessed to leased practitioners.

Mailbox Services

All practitioners may use the address to receive mail and packages. We request that everyone use their own name or practice name for all correspondence. Practitioners must keep track and open/unpack their own packages.
