Their office is not easy to find. When you arrive on the floor, there is no obvious sign that their business exists - and they have a frustrated neighborhood who needs to direct people to their office because people keep walking to his door instead. When you find the right door, it’s locked. I had to call their office number and it took a few minutes before someone picked up the phone to ask what I wanted. After being let into the office space, they tell me to "just sit", then they disappear for 10 minutes. I already lost 15 minutes of time paid for the office. When they finally show up they say "what are you here for" I had to ask for the office I paid for and for the Wi-Fi password which didn’t even work. Their front desk person doesn't seem to want to do the job, nevermind not caring. Don't book this office, it's not worth the money nor time to put up with incompetence.
