Our main floor (5100 sq ft total) features a large cafe and co-working space that transforms in to an event space in the evening.
Perfect for large corporate parties, keynote speakers, hackathons, and more. In addition to the amenities listed, we have power tables, designer furniture, flat screen displays, artisan cafe, and 20 ft tall ceilings. The modular layout can be rearranged to fit your vision for the event. The space works well in a hands-on workshop setup or theater setup. You can also take advantage of the cafe as a prep area for appetizers and drinks.

This underground space is perfect for all day offsites, private events, presentations, workshops, interviews, and nestling events. The entire space is 1500 sq ft.
In addition to our listed amenities, we provide a pool table, bar, kitchenette, couches, and 1 adjacent conference room that can fit up to 6 people that be used as a speaker prep or production room.
The space can fit up to 75 people seated, and 100 people standing. The rental fee includes 75 white folding chairs and 30 cocktail tables. It is also fully equipped with a screen and projector, speakers, mics, and a portable sound system. The modular layout can be rearranged to fit your vision for the event. The space works well in a hands-on workshop setup or theater setup.
