IQ Smart Center is a state-of-the-art conference center located within the 655 West Broadway office building in Downtown San Diego. The training room is a spacious 3,5000 square feet that can be set to your needs. The hourly rate includes (4) 65" monitors, (4) whiteboards, tables, chairs and customized directional signage. || Technology || The IQ Smart Center has 4 monitors on mobile carts at the front of the room for presenting, in addition to a modern whiteboard and videoconferencing capabilities. Easily screencast your content from your device to the monitors over Wi-Fi or via HDMI. Connect to audio and the videoconferencing sound bar with a USB cable (provided). || Room Arrangement Options || The Edison & Tesla rooms can be used separately for simultaneous meetings, breakout sessions, reception area, lunch room, etc. (there is a door in the glass divider wall between the two rooms). The glass divider wall can be folded out of sight (prior to your reservation) to accommodate a larger group, or create an open flow between your meeting. Edison & Tesla Combined Room Arrangement Options Theater - 115( chairs only ) Classroom - 52 (tables and chairs) || Catering || You are welcome to have food delivered or bring in food. For your reference Bruegger’s Bagels, and Coffee N Talk are onsite for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options. You can of course use any restaurant or caterer that you prefer. || Parking || We do offer on-site paid parking.
