Michelle, the host, was very professional and easily reachable. However, the lighting was poor and I called her to ask and she said she would get brighter lights. The other thing was it was freezing in the room and hot right outside the room. With a closed door, I was uncomfortable. I tried moving the temp to 76 but people outside tried to come in my room and check in the air. I immediately shared I was freezing and they were hot., quite a discrepancy. I moved it back to “70.” To accommodate the hot hallways were there were desks. I had an interview in the room and it was uncomfortable. Sorry Michelle. Authenticity is best.
