Turner Riverwalk Center is just 15 minutes from downtown Riverside, one of the fastest growing communities in southern California. The center offers not only a prestigious address on a mixed industries business park, but also access to major restaurant and entertainment venues, with a shopping center directly across the street. Recognized as the birthplace of the orange-growing industry in the state in the 1870s, many of the orange groves have given way to new housing for the expanding population. The center is down the street from La Sierra University and education is by far the largest employer with various schools, colleges and universities in the area.
