A large, beautifully furnished downtown loft with soaring open ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, abundant natural light, and greenery throughout. The space has a bright, airy, elevated feel that works especially well for team offsites, workshops, brainstorming sessions, presentations, content shoots, networking events, private dinners, and intimate celebrations. The main open area is ideal for group discussions, catered meals, presentations, casual mingling, photo/video shoots, and team activities. The space includes plenty of comfortable seating, large TVs for presentations, wired Sonos audio for music, a pool table, a ping pong table, and multiple zones that can be used for lounging, collaborating, or breaking into smaller conversations. In addition to the main space, there are two large private rooms that work well for breakout sessions, executive discussions, interviews, green rooms, or smaller meetings. There are also two smaller rooms that are great for phone calls, one-on-ones, quiet work, or private prep space during events. Please note: the space is located on the second floor and does not have elevator access. Please enjoy the space and treat it with care. * No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building. * Outside catering is allowed. * Alcohol is allowed only with prior host approval. No alcohol sales, cash bars, or public alcohol service. * No open flames, candles, incense, fryers, or cooking that creates smoke, grease, strong odors, or excess heat. We DO ALLOW Sterno burners for catering pans. * Catering warmers, coffee service, and simple plug-in food service equipment may be allowed with prior approval. * No glitter, confetti, smoke machines, fog machines, or messy decorations. * No nails, screws, staples, or anything that penetrates walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures. Painter's tape or removable mounting materials may be used only with approval. * Music is allowed, but volume must remain respectful of neighboring tenants and the building. * No excessively loud music, DJs, or amplified sound unless approved in advance. * Events must remain private and guest-list based. Public ticketed events require prior approval. * Guests are responsible for setup and teardown within their booked time, unless approved and coordinated with the host ahead of time. * All food, drinks, decorations, rentals, equipment, and personal items must be removed by the end of the booking. * Furniture may be moved only with prior approval and must be returned to its original location before departure. * Children must be supervised at all times. * Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
