This was a terrible experience. I reserved the room for a videoconference I was hosting. When I arrived, the suite I rented wasn’t marked on the lobby board or on any door. There were few people and no one I asked knew what I was talking about. A random secretary at a law firm who ended up having the key was not given to me as a contact and said she had no record of my reservation, though I got a reminder confirmation the day before from the app. It took two people asking and calling to finally get into a room with only minutes to prepare for my online event. I won’t trust this organization again.
