Disorganized and unprepared.
Had no way to enter the building. A tenant was entering 15 minutes into my reservation and allowed me to enter with her. The receptionist was not on duty. Phoned htqtrs was told to get on the elevator but you must have a pass. Receptionist arrived 10 minutes before my zoom meeting. There wasn’t a room reserved. I logged on 3 minutes before my meeting. I was placed in a random room. In the middle of my meeting I received a notice that the internet was not stable. When my call ended I I looked for the receptionist no where to be found.
