Coworking Space Dog Policy
We understand that dogs are part of the family, and we're happy to welcome well-behaved pups into our coworking community. To ensure a safe and productive environment for all members, we ask that you adhere to the following policy:
Dog Requirements
-Vaccinations: For the safety of all members and their pets, dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella. You will be required to provide a copy of your dog's vaccination records on your arrival.
-Age: Your dog must be at least six months of age.
House-Trained: All dogs must be fully house-trained. Please be prepared to take your dog outside for regular bathroom breaks.
-Behavior: Dogs must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and must not disrupt other members. This includes excessive barking, jumping on people, or general disruptive behavior.
-Photos: Please provide a recent photo of your dog for our records.
Owner Responsibilities
-Liability Waiver: All dog owners must sign a liability waiver before bringing their dog into the space. This waiver acknowledges that you are solely responsible for any damage or injury your dog may cause. Upon making your booking a liability waiver will be sent to you or upon arrival the liability waiver must be signed.
-Leash Policy: Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in common areas. You are responsible for supervising your dog and ensuring they do not disturb other members.
-Cleanup: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, both inside and outside the building.
We reserve the right to ask that a dog be removed from the premises if they are not compliant with this policy. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and productive environment for everyone. We can't wait to meet your Entr-PAW-neur!
