Great space and location! My go-to for when I want to utilize a workspace here in Oakland.

This was such a great space to work in. With 3 levels and many types of desks (with and without monitors) and work tables, there were many options. The space had great amenities and was close to good food. I walked over a block to grab food and brought it back to the space to eat on the shaded rooftop. I would definitely book another day pass here if I happen to be in the city.

The Port is ideal workspace! There's plenty of space, bike racks inside, a lovely staff, and it even has desk set-ups where you can work with multiple screens. I love meeting up with my colleagues here as we have everything we need to connect and work together.

I loved the Day Pass experience at The Port at the Mall enough to rent a dedicated Spanish Galleon of my own. Like all Galleons, this one has three levels. A dedicated space is the ideal place to focus in order to complete my works in progress. Inventing yourself as a few businesses is a lot of work. I am an interdependent scholar, tutor and I and love the pirate ambiance, the pirate lady logo and the pirate people here. I'm tutoring Algebra this semester, and of course, I'm an Uber Eats delivery Lady. I'm also working on an accessible motorcycle company that does introductory motorcycle, scooter, and 2 -wheel rider information for women, LGBTQQIIA folks, and people who are interested in asking questions about motorcycles without having to apologize. If that isn't enough work, I'm an Author in training. I really need to buckle down and complete my book. So hopefully this is the quiet place to get to the daily writing. If you're all business and you love coffee as much as I do, there is a Saeco Superautomatic espresso machine for the expert coffee connoisuer; a giant drip coffee machine for the novice coffee drinker; and a Keurig machine for the tide pod coffee, cocoa and tea crowd. Really a nice space and very nice people. #amwriting

Great space! The roof deck has amazing views of Lake Merritt. The internet is strong and reliable. Sabrina, the host, is very helpful!

This space is AWESOME. It was a great way to escape the 4 walls of my apartment for the day, Sabrina was great and I felt very comfortable & Safe as far as corona-concerns. The Rooftop is clutch, I spent the whole day working while admiring the lake. I will be back soon.

Amazing outdoor patio (with views) to work from! Felt very comfortable working there. There were disinfectant wipes and other safety measures in place.

The rooftop workspace was absolutely perfect. Views of Lake Merritt, plenty of spaced out workplaces, and a thoughtful clean and safe environment. I appreciate the thoughtful space and hospitality provided by The Port! Shoutout to the host Sabrina who made everything so easy!
