A light and airy, wooded floor yoga studio ready for booking, stretching and meditation. Until indoor gyms are allowed to open, only one active person at a time is allowed. For meditation, capacity is 8 ( masks required.) Note: no chairs, shoes or worries are allowed in the space.

We have internal team spaces available - this is a customizable and affordable way to find dedicated space in the heart of Oakland. Priced at $300 per seat, $800 minimum per cubicle (fits 1-6 desks) Cubicle sizes vary - we'll help you trick it out! Additional desks are available in the same suite to give your team a place to work and meet. Direct access to shared amenities and a vibrant community of professionals. This suite also features a yoga studio, mother's room, conference room, phone booths, hangout areas and a huge kitchen.
Team Table for 4
A dedicated space for your team of 4 - set them up at a Team Table! This is the perfect combination of dedicated space for a team and the flexibility of a shared space. Each person receives a locking filing cabinet & access to all of the building amenities! We've doubled up the tables for extra spacing. This suite also feature a yoga studio, large conference room, phone booths, hangout lounges and a huge kitchen. Plus, of course you'll want to go and hang out on the terrace!
Coworking Day Pass
The Coworking space at our Kaiser Mall location is unparalleled. Over 35000 sq feet of workspace with large, wooden tables, leather chairs, bar seating, cafe tables, a lounge space, and views overlooking the Rooftop Garden. Included with your Coworking day pass is access to the 6000 sq foot outdoor terrace, which overlooks Lake Merritt and features a Tiki Bar outdoor seating, and relaxation space.

Spacious office on the ground floor. High ceilings, two glass walls/nice light. Great team space with an additional 12'X3' room-within-a-room for storage or phone calls. Suite 102 can be combined with Suite 115 next door for team space up to 30.
1st Floor Shipping Container #2
This light blue shipping container is a unique space outfitted with a 2-part reclaimed wood table that can seat 4 along with a projection screen hanging from it's West side. If you need a projector, please request one from your community manager.
1st Floor Shipping Container #3
This yellow shipping container sits at the far end of the hallway, closest to Lake Merrit. It can seat up to 4 people with it's 2-part reclaimed wood table.
Large Conference Room
Our 3rd floor conference room (located right next to our escalator) is a large, functional conference room ideal for large board meetings or team retreats. The room features two white boards, a large TV and ZOOM meeting room setup.
Large Team Retreat Room for up to 20
This large meeting room is ideal for large team retreats and day-long meetings. The room features a whiteboard wall, a large TV and pull-down projection screen. Coffee, tea, water and kitchens are available on-site.
Media Studio - Room 201A
This is a small room located just inside the 2nd floor garage exit to the left. It serves two purposes: - A regular room to book for Skype calls - A small media studio for recording podcasts and short videos Included in the room are: - 2 chairs and 2 stools - light kit - green screen - folding table and standing table Book this room just like you would any other room through the Port Workspaces, but for production support and equipment rentals, message us.
Rooftop Terrace overlooking Lake Merritt
Marquee space on our private, 6,000 sq. ft. rooftop deck with its own tiki hut, spacious outdoor seating and views of Lake Merritt. This event space is great for team offsites, lunches, or Covid safe meeting space. Wifi throughout and we'll work with you the the event plan to make sure you have the layout and equipment that you need. This is a busy venue. Please contact us to double check details and confirm availability. Booking is not final on LiquidSpace until you have email confirmation directly from Port Workspaces.
The Cooler - Private Meeting Room for 6
This unique conference room has the distinction of being a former walk-in refrigerator. Now a stylish and comfortable room seats 6 people. This space has a whiteboard and TV screen for all your productivity needs!
2nd Floor Theater Room
A really sleek theater that can seat 16 people. Features a large flat screen with HDMI hookup and Bluetooth-enabled sound system. Note: Smurfs not included.
3rd Floor Small Meeting Room
Our 3rd Floor Small Meeting Room is small and efficient. Seats up to 4 over a round table (extra tables available for spacing. It's down the hallway and next to our printer room. Amenities for this room will be limited on weekends. Please send a message.

Per latest guidelines from Alameda County, masks are required in our common area spaces, even if you are vaccinated.  For conference rooms and private offices we defer to your group to set the protocol in the room. 

If You Are Sick:

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. While the chances of community infection of COVID-19 are very low, it is still cold and flu season, and staying home is the most important way to protect others from getting sick.

We are closely following the recommendations by Alameda County, the state of California, the WHO and CDC. We will provide updates as needed. In the meantime, thank you for helping continue to keep our welcoming community healthy and safe!
