Semi-private Team Space
Semi-private cubicle space for teams looking for an affordable way to find dedicated space in the heart of Oakland. Give your team a dedicated place to work and meet with direct access to shared amenities and a vibrant community of professionals. As a member of The Port Workspaces, you get 24/7 keycard access to all three of our locations, up to 14 conference room hours included per month, as well as up to 5 day-passes to our affiliate locations across the world.
Coworking Day Pass
The Coworking space at our Kaiser Mall location is unparalleled. Over 50,000 sq feet of workspace with large, wooden tables, leather chairs, bar seating, cafe tables, a lounge space, and views overlooking the Rooftop Garden. Included with your Coworking day pass is access to the 6000 sq foot outdoor terrace, which overlooks Lake Merritt and features a Tiki Bar outdoor seating, and relaxation space. Please check in between 9-10:30am. If your plans change, contact us - it's fine!
Shipping Container #2
This light blue shipping container is a unique space outfitted with a 2-part reclaimed wood table that can seat 4 along with a projection screen hanging from it's West side. If you need a dongle for the projector, please request one from your community manager.

This yellow shipping container sits at the far end of the hallway, closest to Lake Merritt. It can seat up to 4 people with it's 2-part reclaimed wood table.
Large Conference Room
Our 3rd floor conference room (located right next to our escalator) is a large, functional conference room ideal for large board meetings or team retreats. The room features two white boards, a large TV and ZOOM meeting room setup.
The Cooler - Private Meeting Room for 6
This unique conference room has the distinction of being a former walk-in refrigerator. Now a stylish and comfortable room seats 6 people. This space has a whiteboard and TV screen for all your productivity needs!
2nd Floor Conference Room
Large private room features a large flat screen with Neat™ hookup for Zoom calls. White board available. Suite has its own kitchen stocked with free coffee and tea.
3rd Floor Small Meeting Room
Our 3rd Floor Small Meeting Room is small and efficient. Seats up to 4 over a round table (extra tables available for spacing. It's down the hallway and next to our printer room. Amenities for this room will be limited on weekends. Please send a message.
