Drop-in and choose any seat at a communal table or common space. This month-to-month plan is for those who want a flexible workspace, but not necessarily a private office or even the same desk every day. You’ll still have access to all the workspace amenities, reliable Wi-Fi and a secure work environment. Just show up, choose a seat, and you’re ready to work.

Private workstations for 2 or more people or a team to share in combination with staggered office shifts and WFH. Everything the Resident membership has to offering but for 2 people (or more). With this month-to-month plan, your workspace is permanent — you get a dedicated desk, chair and lockable cabinet as well as drop in seating when you are working the same day.

Workspace for occasional use by the hour or the day if you aren’t sure when or how often you need it. Equipped with private sit/stand desk, ergonomic chair, locking file cabinet and desk top monitor.
Opal Room
When WFH has its limitations but you need peace of mind in your workspace. Use as a project space, day office for a quiet, private space to work or as a family oriented space. Host or be part of a virtual meeting knowing that our spaces have fast WiFi and adjustable lighting so you can look your best. These private spaces are equipped with circulating air purifiers with True HEPA filter and internal UV light. Breathe with confidence knowing we have gone far beyond any requirements to upgrade our ventilation system and improve air quality.
Large Modern Conference Room-Telegraph
We have a large modern conference room overlooking our atrium space that seats up to 8 people. The large conference table has the option of being separated into 4 class room style tables when desired. VOIP, Large flat screen and whiteboard are available for all of your meeting needs. In the COVID-19 era, density has been reduced and protective screens installed to create physical distancing. Tables, chairs, remote controls and whiteboard accessories are disinfected after each meeting, and rooms are equipped with a circulating air purifier with True HEPA filter and internal UV light. Masks, though not required, are recommended for the safety of attendees.
This work space is the result of a major restoration of a 1928 brick and timber warehouse in the heart of the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland, Ca. We love our industrial chic vibe and think you will, too! The space is available for meetings, workshops, corporate events, presentations and film shoots. We are flexible and offer a variety of options for space depending on the number of people and type of space that you are looking for. We're also steps away from many nearby restaurants and amenities, including local favorites Burma Superstar, Bakesale Betty and The Alley.
