The conference managing rules are as follows: 1.Each company may reserve a room for a 3 hours MAX to give other teams a chance to use the space. If a team has occupied a room for more than the 3 hours maximum, another team has the right to move in. 2.The reservation will be cancelled automatically if guests are late for more than 20 minutes. 3.Anyone who uses the room without reservation should not lock the door. 4.Please turn off the light and TV before leaving. 5.Please erase the whiteboard when you finish your meeting. 6.Of course, smoking is prohibited inside the conference room and training room, as well as anywhere inside the building. 7.Food and eating is not permitted, please use the kitchen instead. If you require meal doing your meeting in the conference, you must notify Becky in advance about your particular situation.
