We provide custom style ADU's *Accessory Dwelling Units," also called Tiny Homes for people who would like to add in-law units, rental units as another source of income, or backyard cottages. We have a large conference room located downstairs that could be used for lunch and learns and there are 10 offices upstairs (no elevator) with 5 furnished offices available for rental including a podcast room. There is a small breakroom and wifi is included. We are located in the downtown area of Modesto, close to Modesto Junior College, Double Tree Plaza, Commonwealth, and the Brendan Theatres.
