A flexible work space located in the heart of Modesto, California. Providing everything you need to start, run, and grow your business. We offer a wide array of memberships and services including day passes, meeting rooms, and virtual office services. Some of our fabulous amenities are high-speed Wifi, a private phone booth, a printing station, and a kitchenette filled with free coffee, tea, and snacks.
Century Ballroom
The beautiful ballroom has an open floor plan with gorgeous original brick. This space can be configured for any type of event or meeting. The century has two separate vip suites for use before your event as well as a front patio perfect for welcoming your guests. The max capacity is 250 guests.
Co-Working Day Pass
A Day Pass is perfect if you need to get caught up on work in a desirable environment. With a Day Pass you will have access for the day during regular business hours. Included with your day pass is access to high-speed Wi-Fi, the printing station, and our private phone booth. Did we mention the free coffee and tea? Everything you need for a productive work day!
The Agave Meeting Room
The Agave Room is our micro meeting room and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The room is equipped with a conference table with chairs, audio/video, coffee, water station, and of course a beautiful setting.
The Alcove Meeting Room
Reserve our event space for your next presentation, meeting, or workshop. The room's capacity is 50 guests and is equipped with audio/video, coffee and water station, tables, chairs, and many other amenities to make your gathering a successful one.
The Bouquet Room
The Bouquet Room is our perfectly pink-designed room with customizable layouts: Classroom Layout: up to 16 guests Conference Table Layout: up to 20 guests Chairs Only: up to 25 guests Cocktail Setting: up to 30 guests The room is equipped with tables, chairs, coffee, a water station, and of course a beautiful setting. Reserve our shared conference room for your next presentation or hands-on seminar. The room has a large 12 person table with chairs, audio/video, shelf space, coffee and water station and many other amenities to make your meeting or workshop a successful one.
