The center is within walking distance to the Manhattan Village Shopping Center & The Point Dining and Shopping Center.

Our location is at 1230 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 300 Manhattan Beach, near the 405 and the 105 freeways. This location provides quick and easy access to just about everything you could possibly need. LAX is only 4 miles driving distance, which is about 10 minutes away, and the beach is a few minutes drive from the offices. This is a lovely meeting room that seats up to 6 guests, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, TV, conference phone, and dry erase board. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate!
20-Person Meeting Room
Our location is at 1230 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 300 Manhattan Beach, near the 405 and the 105 freeways. This location provides quick and easy access to just about everything you could possibly need. LAX is only 4 miles driving distance, which is about 10 minutes away, and the beach is a few minutes drive from the offices. This is a stunning newly remodeled large meeting room that seats up to 20 guests, lots of natural light, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***Please note that we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm. ***Parking is $7 per hour or all day 2+ hours $15.
