The building is 9,200 sq ft, with an outdoor area that spans a little bit over 6,000 sq ft. Inside of the venue, there are 3 private restrooms, 5 office areas/rooms, including a 900 sq ft mezzanine, which is not included in the warehouse size. We have an updated high amperage plugin available, for installations that require more power. Whether it is film shoots, private events, photo shoots, pop up restaurants or flea markets, this is the perfect place for you. We are a company of professionals that have over 7 years of experience, hosting and managing events of all sizes and types.
