Centrally located storefront at Hollywood/Vine, PodShare is a small creative office with two 10ft tables 20 chairs, soundbooth, Xbox games, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and shower. Pet friendly and late desk hours. Private booking of entire 1200 sq ft space for $100/hour Weekly rate is $70 for shared desk space.
Culver City Office
Washington & Centinela in Culver City. This is a storefront, single story office building. White building with large windows and tons of doors that lead to the side of the building (gated), spacious concrete backyard that opens into the alley. Two bathrooms, lots of desks, architect's desk, etc. You can use the existing furniture or bring in your own.
Sound Recording Booth
Great for podcasting and recording music! Or take a private Skype call, strum the guitar in private, or rehearse your vocals. The computer has Adobe audition and our microphones are FocusRite. $6/hour per person $15/day per person 10am to 11pm

Really like this location! The people there are nice. There’s no dedicated parking but there is a lot right next door! Will be booking again very soon.

PodShare provided a good environment for our group collaboration. All the technical resources were there with the comforts of home. Please fix the intercom setup from the main entrance of the building and/or mention on your email confirmation that you have a separate entrance.
