This was a perfect space for us and our team members. The staff at Hollywood Capital One Cafe could not have been more gracious, kind, helpful and efficient. We felt comfortable asking any questions about technical set-up etc. Parking at Ovation Hollywood can be expensive, even with a 2 hour validation from Walgreens, so be aware of that. WiFi at the cafe does not have a password, so depending on your comfort with this security level, that may be an issue (or not). Overall, we were not expecting to be impressed, but we were quite impressed by this level of customer service.
