Guests also have access to our indoor and outdoor lounges and kitchens that are stocked with complimentary water, coffee, and tea. Our building is located next to John Wayne Airport and is handicap accessible. Validated parking is only available for the Day Office and Collaboration Room.

The Collaboration Room seats up to 8 people and is perfect for small business meetings! It is equipped with a high-definition flat screen, a whiteboard, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a conference phone (plus outgoing charges). The space was nice but is right next to the front desk and entrance so if you are looking for a completely quiet space, I would not recommend. I came to shoot some videos and had to pause a few times. I was also looking forward to the natural lighting but opening the blinds would mean there would be no privacy. I would book it for a meeting in the area but not for shooting video again. Staff were nice and welcoming which was a plus.

Nice space and building. Modern and professional. Appreciated having a lobby with a receptionist to assist with some technical issues. Would have been nice to have parking expense covered and more convenient access to the lot connected.
