This podcast studio is a modern space designed for creating high-quality content. It features comfortable seating, professional-grade audio equipment, and soft, adjustable lighting to set the right mood. The sleek decor, with wood-paneled walls and lush greenery, creates a stylish and inviting atmosphere. A variety of microphones and lighting setups are provided to meet your recording needs (please note: cameras are not included in the monthly rental). The flexible layout works well for both solo and group recordings, making it ideal for podcasts, interviews, or video production. Nestled near the bustling heart of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), this remarkable third-floor open space offers over 1,600 square feet of versatile and charming space. Featuring wooden beams, a projector for presentations and entertainment, and a vaulted ceiling, it exudes character and warmth. Host your next meeting or team off-site in this vibrant, airy industrial loft designed to spark creativity. With high exposed ceilings draped in soft sheers and colorful accent walls, the space features a central conference setup for 8–10 guests (more chairs & table can be added), a large projector screen, and two TVs for presentations or media. Amenities include a small lounge area, two changing areas, a restroom, and free WiFi. You'll also find a selection of fitness equipment—perfect for mid-meeting stretches—including a pull-up bar, Bowflex weights, mirrors, and even a Peloton bike. Need a break? A cozy coffee shop is located just downstairs and open until 10pm. Lighting is adjustable to set the mood, whether you're brainstorming, presenting, or unwinding. Note: This space is on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator—so you'll get your steps in before you even start.

This professionally equipped podcast studio offers: - 3 Rode PodMic Cardioid Dynamic Broadcast Microphones; - Blackmagic Studio 4K camera; - Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K camera; - Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 6K G2 camera; - Rode RodeCaster Pro; - Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini HDMI Live Stream Switcher; - Apple TV 4th Generation, feed split into ATEM Mini Switcher and a TV on a movable stand; We do not provide on-site technical support as part of the rental package, nor we have it as an option to add it as a service. You will need a portable SSD for each of the 3 cameras that you would like to use, we advise at least 1TB (Samsung T5 or T7 are highly recommended). You will also need a portable SSD if you will be switching cameras on the fly (using the switcher). A MicroSD card is needed for the audio recordings. To ensure the best quality recording and to avoid any technical hiccups during the session, we highly advise you to have someone on your team who is capable of monitoring sound levels and camera settings throughout the entire recording process. This individual should be familiar with the equipment and be able to handle any potential issues that may arise. We recommend having a dedicated person from your team to oversee the technical aspects will help guarantee a seamless and successful recording session. 2-hour minimum.
