We offer variety office spaces starting with individual desks and offices from 75 sq feet up to newly remodeled open floors, which are 5500 square feet. Each of our office floors (three through nine) have an individual and distinctive ambiance, however, every floor exhibits the beautiful Tennessee Walnut marble lining our hallways. While trying to retain the original beauty of our building (built 1920’s), our building is also a “Smart Building” with fibre optics on each floor.

This was a nice, quiet space for us to get some work done. The only small change I would make is more privacy with the large window and door.

This location was a great place for our team to hold a strategy meeting. The room setting is unique and relaxing, and the Pacific Southwest Building is close to many restaurants that we could walk to for lunch. Onsite staff, Chloe and Gita were very helpful. Our entire team felt it was a great meeting space.
