Achieve the luxury without the commute. The richly appointed 580 Executive Center in Dublin provides a Tri Valley home for lawyers, accountants, CPAs and other executives who demand sophistication, professionalism and five-star service. The reception, office suites, team rooms and conference facilities deliver superb value, a convenient location and flexible commitments – without the need for a long commute. Leather chairs, wood tables and marble floors welcome visitors as they enter the lobby of the 580 Executive Center. A receptionist meets guests and offers beverages. Executives work in office suites with large windows, L-shaped desks, ergonomically padded chairs and closing doors for privacy. Teams of up to 20 members meet in conference rooms equipped with boardroom tables, comfortable swivel chairs, white boards, monitors and WiFi. Renters enjoy flexible terms – stay an hour, a day, a week or a year, depending on individual needs. (Regretfully, we cannot book depositions in our business center.) Strategically positioned between the 580 and 680 freeways, the 580 Executive Center’s location enables easy commuting as well as quick access to meeting sites throughout the Bay Area. Many important business centers are in the area, as are major campuses for Oracle, Clorox, Safeway, and many other California corporations. San Francisco and Oakland are just a BART ride away from either of the Dublin stations. Receiving visitors is equally simple, with ample free parking surrounding the office complex, numerous nearby hotels and a thirty-minute drive to airports in both Oakland and San Jose. Whether you are hosting a board meeting, an investor roundtable or a professional training class, the Large Conference Room at the 580 Executive Center in Dublin will impress guests as a formal and professional venue. Twelve executive chairs surround its massive boardroom table; seating for eight additional attendees is available along the wall. The fully private room can also be configured as a classroom for 20. The Large Conference Room is equipped with a white board, flat screen monitor, Internet access, phone service and coffee/tea. Catering is available upon request. NOTE: We do not accept bookings for depositions. The 580 Executive Center is conveniently located at the intersection of the 580 and 680 freeways.
Small Conference Room
Looking for the classic professional conference room? You’ve found it. The Small Conference Room at the 580 Executive Center is a private space dominated by a beautiful wood table and six comfortable executive chairs. The room serves as an impressive venue for partner meetings, client presentations, team projects and small group training sessions. The Small Conference Room is equipped with a white board, flat screen monitor, Internet access, phone service and coffee/tea. Catering is available upon request. NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR DEPOSITIONS. The 580 Executive Center is conveniently located at the intersection of the 580 and 680 freeways.

Cleaning

We, along with our janitorial staff are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes. 

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

 

Hygiene

Please wash your hands frequently and use provided hand sanitizer.

 

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. 

 

Kitchen

We will be limiting shared kitchen services including refreshment and snack service as well as limiting the use of reusable utensils and drinkware during this time. Single use items will still be available in the kitchen but we apologize for any inconvenience this limited service may have. 

 

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days. 

 

If you are showing any symptoms of illness we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick.

 

Social distancing

We are strongly encouraging members and guests to avoid congregating in our common spaces and will try to accommodate any members or guests who ask to work or meet in isolation.
