The building is convenient for Los Angeles residents and surrounding areas. If you would like more private setting solutions, check out our meeting room, shared office, and our membership monthly subscription. Conference Room Rules : •Please arrive on time for your reservation and vacate the room promptly at the end of your scheduled time. •Keep the conference room clean and tidy. Dispose of any trash and return furniture to its original position. •Maintain a reasonable noise level, not walking around. Be mindful of other tenants who occupy the same floor. •Be respectful of other users' needs and space. Keep discussions and activities within the conference room. •No outside food or drinks are allowed. Please use the common area downstairs. •Ensure the room is accessible to all by leaving the space as you found it. •No smoking inside the building •No alcohol allowed. •No pets inside the building •24 hours video surveillance •Hosts are responsible for all the equipment in the rented unit. •Only using the exact room that is renting. •Please make sure to communicate with us before you make the booking. •The rental does not provide beverages.
